Terms & Conditions
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking; with the balance payable on your departure day
- Change-over days (Yurts and Cottage Suite) are Mondays and Fridays. Arrival 4pm onwards. We try to be as flexible as possible, so should you need to check-in earlier please phone us on: landline - 019467 25934/Mob: 0787 630 7863 – (please text as signal can be poor)
- Please vacate your yurt/room by 10.00am (cottage suite 10.30am) to allow us time to prepare for our next guests
- In the event of you having to cancel your holiday and giving us one calendar month's notice, every effort will be made to re-let the yurts/rooms/suite and your deposit refunded but, if this is not possible, Rainors Farm or The Wasdale Yurt Holiday will retain the 50% deposit and will have the right to recover the balance due. Please be reminded that you can obtain insurance to protect against this eventuality
- If, after unforeseen circumstances, the yurts/rooms/suite become unavailable after the 50% deposit has been paid, Rainors Farm and Wasdale Yurt Holiday cannot accept responsibility or liability but the deposit and any further monies paid will be refunded
- Rainors Farm and The Wasdale Yurt Holiday are not liable for loss or damage to guests' property, or any injury to themselves or dependents during their stay
- Parents must be responsible for their children at all times
- Any damage must be replaced or paid for
- Please leave the yurts/rooms/suite and surrounding areas as you found them and all cooking utensils and BBQ cleaned
